Pro Tip
You can choose your own adventure with these tethers; everyone has different preferences. Any of the following arrangements will keep your oars close by!
- Put the metal ring underneath the oarlock or pin and slide the loop strap over the oar shaft (as pictured).
- Slide the ring under the frame side rail and loop the strap through it to secure it to the frame.
- Detach the oar blade, slide the metal ring over the oar shaft. Girth hitch the loop strap to your frame’s side rail or oar tower.
